Lauren has been the General Music teacher at Swansea Elementary in Denver for the
past 4 years. She attended Metropolitan State University of Denver and was
awarded her Bachelors in Music Education with an emphasis in Percussion in 2013.
She was trained in by Little Kids Rock in June of 2016 and has spent the last year
implementing and combining the curriculum with some tried and true general
music favorites. She works hard to make a plan to know where her students need to
go and how they get there, but loves the little detours that creative thinking kiddos
can take us on.
